About ACAud Inc HAASA
The Australian College of Audiology incorporating the Hearing Aid Audiology Society of Australia (ACAud inc. HAASA) is the only professional membership body representing both audiologists and audiometrists in Australia.

Our History
Our history spans from the formation of HAASA in 1961, to the establishment of ACAud in 1996.
In 2024, the amalgamation of these organisations marked the beginning of a unified peak practitioner body representing both audiometrists and audiologists in Australia.
Our members continue a proud tradition of ethical practice and high-quality care across the hearing health sector.
