An Associate is NOT PERMITTED to see any clients at all (HSP or Private) during Level 1 and 2 without either being at elbow (same room) or having the supervisor on site. It is only once Level 3 is obtained ie ‘Week 15’ minimum and having passed the mid-term examination that clients can be seen remotely without a supervisor under-roof. Progression to Level 3 (able to see clients without a supervisor on site except for 7.5 hrs a ‘week’) can only begin once the examination has been passed and you have the email response from ACAud on the approved Level 3 start date. Time spent as a receptionist or CSO role is not to be considered in the supervision times.
A ‘week’ is defined as a period of 5 days or more during which the required _MINIMUM_ hours of supervision is acquired. A ‘week’ can easily exceed the minimum requirements, but is still only counted as a week
