The Australian Department of Health recently commissioned the development of guidelines for hearing health professionals and hearing service providers to support the safe and effective delivery of hearing health services via teleaudiology for all Australians. This project is a key initiative in the Roadmap for Hearing Health. The guidelines were officially launched in July 2022.
ACAud represented our Audiologist and Audiometrist members through our role on the Teleaudiology Guidelines Working Group.
